Yeah...the Tilapia was what I bought today. It may be a couple of weeks before I cook it tho. We are starting a Candida Cleanse

tomorrow and can't have anything with white or wheat flour...along with a ton of other food we can't eat for two weeks!

I don't know if I can make it thru this or not! We are trying anything to get hubby over this Type II Diabetes crap! The cleanse is part of a 30 day plan for weightloss that we are gonna try. It started today with drinking a ton of water, walking for a solid hour this evening and not having a bite to eat after 6:30! I am excited to see if this works. Excpet for during the cleanse, you don't have to do without too much...if you want it, eat it. I will be the guinnea pig!
