I wouldnt and the only reason I say this is health issues. If they were bred that early, she was in it for money only and not the health of the dog. That is way to early to breed a dog. They are not even fully developed themselves. No medical records and not on any preventative, could have heart worms, ring worms any number of things going on inside them. I wouldnt unless the vet sees them first and guarantees they are ok. They do need to be rescued thats for sure, but you could have a lot more than $500 wrapped up in them before its all said and done if they arent healthy. Not to mention the heartache. If she wont cut you a deal that means she could care less about who gets them or what happens to them. She just wants money. Its a disgrace to the reputable breeders.
