With males the chance of developing cancer due to not being neutered is slim. The aggression can be much worse if they aren't fixed. My Yorkie is very lovable and he isn't fixed. I do think that is varies from dog to dog. My grandmothers dog isn't fixed and man he is just awful. He still pees in the house and he has become VERY aggressive. My dog marks(outside) but is house broken and isn't aggressive. But she is right there are pros and cons to it all. Good luck
