This has helped them to learn that. But the main purpose of diapers(in my opinion) is for when a dog goes into heat and to keep a dog from pottying in a house when you can not keep an eye on them. I sell diapers and I have several customers that have dogs with seizures and they like to use diapers. I used to keep diapers on chloe only at night because she slept with us and I didnt want her to pee in the bed and she was very good about not pottying all night long so now she no longer wears them. And she would also wear a diaper when she went to my mom's house when she wasnt potty trained so then I didnt have to worry about my mom flipping out about an accident. |
All 6 of mine will pee right in the diapers, even if they escape out onto the porch when we open the front door. They just go about lifting legs same way. They are great for helping save furniture and carpets but I find every kind to be useless as an aid to training. I have bought at least a dozen different types....sigh Wish there were something I have not tried which might work.
