I never thought of this!
But yeah I would have a problem, and I myself wouldnt even pick up a strange dog..kinda like the rule of asking before you pet a dog. You dont know if the dog will bite you. Also, what if the dog doesn't like being picked up. For their own sake, they should ask first. |
