well, you may not like what I use. But kizzy was chewing on books hubby has by his chair and some boxes I had used to fill spaces she could get in like behind my tv and the fridge when she was so little. I mixed water and vinegar and sprayed it around the books and I put a magazine I didnt want on top of the books so i could spray over the top too. I would try it like, spray it early just a light spray like a fine mist and put him in the bed after it dries while your up during the day with a chewy something. if its a crate you can lock him in and watch him for a few minutes see if he chews on it or whines to get out. If he acts like he is trying to get away from it or If he chews on it take him out. then wash the blanket so it dont smell of it anymore. But I would watch him closely when I put him in it if yu can get him in it to make sure he dont eat it. might sound stupid but long as it works for me I'll just sound stupid, and its worked great for me.
