Wasn't Diamond Brand recalled a while ago due to that toxic fungus that caused so many deaths????

I remember doing a little research, it's not sold all over the country, but was in NY, and I remember I found out it is made in the same plant that manufactures Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul.

Can anyone verify this??
