I do wear my seatbelt, but I don't think it should be the law for persons over 18. It should be the law for minors because they shouldn't be put at risk because they're parents choose not to heed the warnings. However, I look at seatbelt wearing like smoking. People know smoking kills, but yet millions of people still smoke. Same with seatbelts you know that they save lives, but if you choose not to heed the warning that should be your choice. I think it's just another way for the states to make money off of people.
