When Maddie does the reverse sneezing, there is no wet sound with it...just a dry honking or snorting sound. Reverse sneezing is often confused with trachea collapse or even a cold or upper respiratory infection. Is Bogey acting pretty normal otherwise, or is he sleepy or lethargic? If he's not himself or if the sneeze episodes keep up, maybe you should take him into the vet.
