 Hair Growth
How long does it take for a coat to grow out? Tootie is 9 months old and still seems to have much shorter hair than the pics I see of pups this age... He has been groomed a few times but I wasnt happy so I decided to let it grow out(if I can stand it). He WILL NOT tolerate top knots or bows so I have to trim is "bangs" but the rest of him doesnt seem to grow.
