I had a bulldog like this. I had no idea what to do. Cause he would go with out eatting since he was bored with his food. I would change it and he would eat it til he got bored of that brand. Well finally I seen something that made more sense. I was watching an episode of Dog Whisperer, and it had a dog that also got bored of his dog food. They only thing the owner could get her dog to eat was the treats, which were very costly.
Anyways, Cesear( the trainer) said that the dog needed exercise to get hungry. Who would have guessed that you HAVE to make the dog get hungry enough to eat anything.
I have tried it more and more. I used to take him on casual walks but not at a faster pace. Who knows, try it and see if it helps.
