Thanks... I noticed tonight that she seems a little bit more uncomfortable as her leg is mobile again and I am sure that it hurts her. I really am keeping her close..
Did you put Alex in a small kennel? How much room should we give them during this recovery time... I have a pen that we shaped in a rectangular size that has her bed, water/food dish & a wee-wee pad in it. This is where Jazz is when we are gone from the house on a normal day. This has worked great for her, she got trained really quick and she can't get into anything... She is only 10 months old, so when she is a little older and not so mischevious, we will be more lenient with her freedom... Im just fearful that this is too much room for her as she can get excited and run back and forth - you know how they do... Just curious your thoughts.... |
