I have 2 male yorkies. the older one has been humpiing the younger and each have been 'licking' each other 'down there.' i know it sounds gross, but my older dog(3 years old) yelped earlier today and was walking funny and then i noticed tonight about 4 hours later that his penis is 'stuck' in the 'lipstick' or 'red pepper' position (forgive me for ignorance on lack of a better term) It is dried out by now and not looking wet or raw and it looks all dry. Should I take him to the vet?? Have any of you heard of this before??
