Teri~ I heard that also, but after watching his video People Training for Dogs, (that's it Gina, I was just on his site) it does make sense.. so far so good, whatever works, Bailey's problem is he is dominate,, never submissive,, he will never be on his back, I think in the 2 years I have seen him do it twice, to another male yorkie 3.5 pounds, but he's mean,and Bailey knows it.. He " usually" knows I'm the boss, except when I Need him to..ya know..
Cesar,, stresses WALKING your dog,, he says that nonstop, for exercise and to let him know you are the pack leader, don't let them walk out in front of you, either beside or behind, I did that last night,and I'm telling you, last night he had a whole new attitude. It was crazy. Came to me, didn't run, if I went to touch him, he's always, on his terms, if HE want's to be held, or picked up, or if you have food. Never when you want him...
