I was giving my terrier mix greenies until a friend told me to google 'greenies' and I immediately threw them out. Apparently the compound they use in them becomes very sticky when chewed/wet and can become stuck in the intestine...sometimes having to be surgically removed if caught on time. Sadly, many dogs were lost before the owners realized the problem. Many people say that if the greenie is small enough that it's safe, but I don't take the risk.
