I noticed when Peanut eats grass he will have Diarrhea for days.Last time it lasted for three days.Took him to vet -took a stool sample-no worms.Gave Medicine -after 24hours - he didnt have the diarrhea. Im sure after he gets the medicine for his diarrhea he will be fine.
