I also had a "carpet rake" for my shag carpet. It sounds kinda' dumb now, but we used it so the carpeting wouldn't get matted down.

Oh!!! I remember Mrs. Beasley and Buffy and Jody!!!! My neighbor got one and I was sooo jealous. Come to think of it.....my neighbors always got everything that I wanted. They got Chatty Cathys too!! I keep hoping that maybe I'll come across one at a garage sale or something! Then I could put her in the basement with all of the other stuff I don't know what to do with!!!!! LOL!!
