I am still potty training Moe, he has finally figured out pee goes outside with the big dogs..we have 2 big dogs...but poo is another story, sometimes inside on his paper sometimes outside...I have tried this method shooter's mom told me about, moving the paper closer to the door he goes out to potty, which for me is the back door.I know its not very attractive , but it's only for a short while until he associates outside and poo.When he successfully does poo on the paper by the back door, which leads directly out to where the big dogs go, I praise him get him all happy he went there, and pick it up and put it outside, he is now starting to go outside on his own, as his scent of poo is out there.He gets all happy he did it as we got him jazzed about it when succesfull at the back door....so now he gets happy about doing it outside too! It takes time, he wont go out at night for me, I don't think he likes the dark, but day time poo is outside, so good step in right direction!
