Wish I could help...I tried covering the crate with a blanket, getting a ticking clock, putting a piece of my clothing in the crate, putting stuffed animals, putting a blanket inside the crate, telling the dog NO, taping on the crate and spraying water in the face. None of these worked for me. A dog behaviorist told me you should never talk to them when they are in the crate. If the dog barks, move the crate in another room and ignore him/her. I tried this for two days, put the dog in the garage in the crate. It didn't help. I now have Stomper on his own bed in the living room. He has been doing well. Well...until last night. He started barking again! Good luck!
