Ritzie Britches is 11wks old. I have been trying to train her to go on the wee wee pads in the house. So that one day she will not have to stay in her crate while I am at work, I can keep her in one room, rather than the crate. She is doing great as far as peeing as long as you keep the pad in the same place. She will run to it and go. I have one in almost every room, just in case. Now pooping is a different story, she loves to hide and refuses to go on the pad. When I see her start running around like a chicken with her head cut off, I know it is time for business and she generally runs to a different room, I always pick her up and put her on a the pad but she will only go somestimes if I can block her in where she can't get off of it, otherwise she will go just a little then run off again and hide to finish. She is a little stinker. She is learning and I know she will get the hang of it. I would rather her poop on the floor than pee. It won't soak up in the carpet like the pee will.
