I designed my own by using a webhost (i think thats what its called) that had easy to learn templates, but I do all the designing and graphics using photoshop. My husband is the one that did the research for finding a good webhost by going onto google and learning whatever he could about that sort of stuff. He does all the really technical stuff and I get to do all the fun stuff which is the setup and designing.
Ive set up 2 websites using 2 different host and I am about to start a 3rd. Its really fun once you figure it out and get the hang of it but its definetly challenging
