If it doesn't stop real soon I would take him in better to be safe. Also, i don't think their suppossed to tilt their head back anymore. My dtr when she was 6 had a very bad flu and one morning she started bleeding so bad my husband and I ran her to the ER. They had to cauterize her nose to stop the bleeding. She looked so pale when we took her in. The Dr. even asked my dtr how it happened and I started to say she had a bad cold and they said "I was asking her". Like we had hit her or something! I hope he has stopped bleeding . My dtr also has allergies.
