She was very young to be taken from her mother. I think you should try sticking to one place for a little while and see how she does.
Have you used the alarm clock, hot water bottle? They really won't cry all night long, but if you go in and pick her up after whining for a little while and then put her down she will just do it all over again knowing you will go in and pick her up again. If you just let her go she will realize the whining will NOT get her what she wants. Same with moving the place she sleeps. She will never get use to being in one place if her crate is always moved. Think of your bedroom being moved everyday. I know it will be difficult but I think she needs a little more time to adjust.
My two sleep with us, but if I am not home they will sleep with the kids, or God forbid their own beds.
