i'm sorry to say, i don't think there's any insurance company that will cover a pre-existing and ongoing condition. insurance is a gamble. you're betting that if sometime comes up, you will receive more benefits than you've paid in premiums, while the insurance company is betting that you will pay more in premiums than you will submit in claims. it doesn't make business sense to knowingly accept an applicant that will require more medical expenses than the premiums will cover. your best bet is to see if there's a payment or insurance program with your vet to make ongoing medical treatments more affordable.
