Grilled (?!?!?) lettuce - cut lengthwise into halves, leaving a portion of the core intact to hold the leaves in place. Baste with olive oil and grill it on a medium to hot grill. Turn frequently. Cook til fork tender...only takes a few minutes. Serve with hot bacon vinaigrette. Or bastes with mixture of OJ, olive oil, orange zest and pepper. I'd say the biggest problem in taking this into work for lunch....is hauling your grill around.
We have the eastern shore...it's a peninsula but people still it the EASTERN SHORE...at least the part in VA.
Ramsey is terrified of the bang command. Not cause I say it loud....she does NOT like me making her lay on her side. We're still working on it....sometimes I'll say BANG and she gets up and
leaves the room.
PS Hot bacon vinaigrette is good.
