I would guess maybe 7 lbs full grown which should be just fine as a playmate for your 5 pounder. As far as short hair on the legs, at 4 months she is still pretty young. Some grown hair slower than others. I wouldn't worry about it. Post pics if you have them and I'm sure you will get lots of opinions.
