Have you tried leaving an interactive toy in her crate to keep her busy, like a kong or something?

you may need to practice with her being in the crate at home during the day, when you are there. Start small and work up to an hour or so. Keep the tv or radio on, as suggested, but also keep it on when you are there, so she does not associate turing on the radio/tv with you leaving.

I think if you leave her in her crate while you are there during the day, she will get used to it sooner. Other than that, you need to let her yelp and bark and ignor her.
