Hello!
My name is Sarah and I just got my first yorkie ever, Fancy. I love her to death, she is the sweetest dog in the world, but she ALWAYS wants to be with me! She is doing well in her crate at night, she will wake up 2-3 times, lets out a little cry, and then I take her potty and she goes back to sleep as long as I keep my fingers in her cage until she goes back to sleep.

BUT.......during the day she is such a brat! I will put her in her crate when I leave (2 1/2 hours max) and she barks from the second I leave until I let her out. I have a little crate so she shouldnt got potty in it. But she barks so long it makes her sick. It breaks my heart to see her so upset, but what can I do????

I live in an apartment too and I am afraid her barking will make the neighbors mad. I have tried, the firm "NO", but she cant hear me over her YELP, I have tried the spray bottle with water/vinegar, but it just makes her smell and she likes the way it tastes, I have tried the penny can, but that only works at night when I am there.

Somebody please help me!!!!
