He could be allergic to it. My yorkie had an allergic reaction to one of her vaccines and almost died! He gums and tongue turned blue and she wouldn't answer me. Talk to your vet because now Josie gets a shot of Benadryl before her vaccines and they keep her there for an hour to watch for any side effects!
