Ok, this Monday, at 2:00 pm Central Time to be exact, I get to pick up my new Yorkie baby, Annabelle.

Well, I just found out my stepdaughter (7 years old) is coming tonight to stay with us for the summer (she was suppose to come in 2 weeks).

Anyway, I am upset because I wanted to have some time ALONE with Annabelle. I have been searching for a puppy for 2 YEARS and my day has finally come. My stepdaughter has been very spoiled and absolutely DOES NOT listen to me, so when I tell her to put Annabelle down, or don't take her out of her crate because I am training her, she is not going to listen. I have been in a horrible mood since last night when I found out she is coming today.

I am not selfish, I just want MY puppy to be MY puppy. Now, I know my stepdaughter will make it hard for me. I am not a very good stepmother, I guess.

And to top it all off, I am in the Army National Guard (12 years so far) and I have drill this weekend in which we are going to pretend like we are responding to a hurricane (Louisiana, hint hint). So, my weekend is going to be a lot of hard work!
I can't whine to anyone else but you guys.
