Seems like I read somewhere they could get salmonella from them, before reading that, I was giving both my Yorkies pigs ears. Last week, they both turned up sick - vomiting & diarrhea so I took them away from them (I also had to take them both to the vet to get a shot to stop the vomiting & diarrhea). The vet & I aren't sure what may have caused it (he checked their stool & didn't see anything) - so, it's tough to say if pigs ears caused or not.
