Hi, our family recently adopted a 5yr old Male Yorkie. The previous owner has a 2yr old and a 3mth old, no longer could give the desired attention. She said that he is potty trained, but...... needless to say today I steam cleaned out rugs and kids room carpets. Im a stay at home mom, so he goes out into the backyard frequently, and I see him going pee/poop. But never fails, about 10 minutes after comming inside I'll find pee on the hardwood floor by the back sliding door

Help please, any advise will be greatly appreciated.
