My new little yorkie is 15 weeks old and he WILL NOT potty train. I have tried pee pads, crate training, outside, litter pan...etc I will take him outside as soon as he wakes up and he will pee a little. We will walk around the yard 20 or 30 minutes and he goes to the door. We go in and within 5 minutes he poops on the floor never the same spot. He will also pee whenever he wants on the floor or carpet. WHAT DO I DO????? He will also pee on his towel inside his crate and then lay in it which I was told they would not do. HELP!!!!!!!!!
