I SO Agree with Luvmypupster !

Being on the net does NOT make a breeder a good breeder - references & good experiences from others are their best advertisement -

So many people who put their trust in someone they meet on the net are shattered by losing both their money AND have no dog to show - or a different puppy is shipped ...If you truly trust a internet site - and know for sure you will get what you paid for - and did your research - then good luck to you...but I for one would be very very wary of these sites and think long and hard before trusting someone with such an important decision...

escrow ?? that's a new one - I would think you could lose your money pretty easily with that also - There are so many good breeders.... but there are probably more bad ones on the net...it's just too big ...When you're talking about these amounts of money PLUS the love you are looking forward to - it's so much better to take your time and be VERY careful who you want to do business with -

After hearing all the different "Opinions" on this thread ..If someone needs advise on looking for a new puppy - the people I would talk to first are the people who have been around yorkies for YEARS and know the ins and outs of purchasing ....

I would go with the pros and ask them questions....
