I'm sorry I can't really help the only thing I can think of is maybe tell them that you can't afford that right now, maybe they will let you make smaller payments or maybe even reduce the price all together. It couldn't hurt to try, I'm pretty sure my vet would at least let someone make payments. Hope you figure something out, I know its rough on that pup and you to see him like that.
