Oh, I had such problem with that in the beginning, bringing him to work, all the guys did this,and played rough with him, I used to scream " I don't want a MEAN, SCARED dog, STOP IT" finally I taught them...
to leave him alone, if you can't play nice. Every now and then I still have to scold em around here.
