Carol Jean...see that's the problem! I will sometimes dip into my savings if everything is going well for me financially and I get the rainy day blues and need some retail therapy!! But, I would lik to put around $1,000 away for doggie "just in case" bills. It would make me feel better to know that if something happened it wouldn't throw my whole budget out the window.
