Say no firmly or growl "Nah.." and either distract with acceptable play--ie fetch etc.or ignore for 2 or 3 minutes and then initiate good play. A spray water bottle for some behaviours can work too. You don't want him humping visitors legs when older--embarrassing! Take away toys he humps for a bit.

Are you going to puupy preschool?-lots of good advice there and good training tips.
Sounds like he is ready to be taught some commands like 'sit' etc. for positive interaction.
When he is fully immunised you will be able to take him out for walks and he may be a little calmer.
