Most of our friends are pretty good around Topher, but hubby has a cousin (whom we're very close to) who takes great joy in teasing him as much as he can. YES, you can tell this person to stop! I've done it before and will do it again if I have to.
We had a terrier mix who passed away in January and cousin just loved to tease her, too. Even though we put a stop to it, I guess we didn't do it soon enough. It got to the point where the dog just didn't like him at all....he couldn't understand why (?) duh!
I think it's our job to protect these little guys from being teased...they can't do it themselves.
