This was the problem I had with my groomer, too! I specifically asked that they don't cut her bangs or the hair in front of her eyes and she went and did it anyway! Argh! It's been tough growing it out, but it's finally just getting to the point where her eye hair is laying flat and I can (barely) get her bangs in a topknot.

Shamrock - If her ears are starting to flop I'd definitely trim them. I wouldn't want to risk it staying that way! I use a beard/moustache trimmer and just shave off about 1/3 of the hair on the front and back of her ears... And if you take off a little too much, remember it's just hair and it'll grow back eventually!
