If you are not trying to grow out her bangs for a ponytail then just go ahead and cut them. Just look at pictures of other yorkies with bangs and copy them. Be conservative. Cut a little at a time. You can always cut more if you need to. How old is she? How furry are her ears? If you want to trim them yourself you shave (short not bald) the top third of each ear inside and outside and sissor trim the edges (point the sissors towards the tip of the ear not the base). It's really pretty easy.
