Default Ear and Bang problems!

A couple of weeks ago I took Trixie to a new groomer...well they totally butchered her. Her body has grown back in alittle bit making her look ok now, but they didn't trim her ears or the hair on top of her eyes. So now it looks like she has bangs and her one ear is flopping down now. Everything else looks fine and I really don't want to go spend another 40 bucks to take her somewhere else to get it fixed. I'm about at my wits end because the poor thing can't see her bangs are so long. If I put her bangs up with the rest of hair in a top knot it looks like her eyes are bugging out. I think I am going to just trim that myself...hopefully doing a good job

But my biggest question is...

If I left her ears alone until the next time I took her to get groomed (about a month) would her ear already be trained to be floppy? I'd just trim it myself but I don't know what to trim. I don't want to make her look silly. Any advice?
