Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions! It's much appreciated and a comfort to know that my Bella will not be the only dog that's "left" alone for hours a day...
I did look into doggie day care and unfortunately, there isn't any around here.
I'm hoping that she'll start sleeping w/Peanut the cat, sleep the day away, and be ready for some rambuctious play w/us when we get home.
I definitely won't look at the window as I'm driving away tomorrow! I've made that mistake before and seeing her sad little face at the window pawing at the glass is heartbreaking.
I don't want to leave this post w/a sad face. LOL. Here's to me and my new job tomorrow and a well-behaved/content Bella tomorrow as well.
