The same thing happened to us on a weekend visit to petsmart. Bil-jac had a rep there handing out free samples and demontrated how the Bil-jac didn't swell up and floated to the bottom of a glass of water and the other brands floated on top of the water and swelled up. They said Bil-jac is much better on their digestive system. We offered it to our dogs (very picky eaters) and they loved it so we switched to Bil-jac.
