6 pork chops
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion

Brown chops. Season them with salt and pepper. Remove them from skillet. Cook celery and onions in margarine (same pan) until tender. Add water,soup mix and sage. Simmer 5 minutes. add croutons till moistened. Put in baking dish and put the chops on top of the stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

OKAY, Shepherds pie is IN THE OVEN!!! I found a recipe that added 'whipped' egg whites to the mash potatos. Well, let me tell you there is NOTHING masculine about a guy trying to whip egg whites into a foam by hand!! First of all it doesn't work and second of all I was totally out of breath and made a huge mess! I had to call my mom and ask her what to do.
She said I needed a mixer, well I don't have a mixer...but I do have a drill!! Ah ha... can you tell what is about to happen?? Yes, I put a fork in the drill and whipped my eggs with it, untill the fork flew out and stuck in the wall!!!!
There is egg/potato mixture all over my kitchen!! Whose idea was this cooking crap???
