Steve, you really do like pizza. You werent lying when you said you were eating it the other night.

Heres my Mom's porkchop and crouton stuffing recipe...
6 pork chops
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons margarine
2 cups of water
1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle mix
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
4 cups plain croutons or bread cubed
Brown chops. Season them with salt and pepper. Remove them from skillet. Cook celery and onions in margarine (same pan) until tender. Add water,soup mix and sage. Simmer 5 minutes. add croutons till moistened. Put in baking dish and put the chops on top of the stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
