Oh, please! We bought 2 laptops in December for the kids. Kevin got his for Christmas and we decided Megan was getting enough and would get hers for her birthday. Kevin's worked fine from day one, no problems. Of course the 30 day store warranty (just bring it in, we'll give you a new one) expires and then Megan gets hers. It didn't work right from the the begining. Kenny was on tech support for over a week, every night. Finally they said send it back and they'd fix it. The hard drive was fried. They have now had it for over a week, kenny calls every day. They are waiting for "parts" They have NO hard drives at HP? Give me a break. I'm so frustrated with the whole thing.
