It probably depends on the breeder and how they ended up with such large dogs. If they bred for standard and the large dog is a fluke, everything else (including ears) will probably be set more correctly. A good breeder will also shave the ears of pups to encourage the ears to stand up.
If the dogs came from breeders who breed their large pet quality Yorkies with floppy ears, chances are the pups will look the same. |
