Everyone has given you great advise. For Potty training to work you need to be consistent and patient. Praise her when she does uses the pads correctly. If you see her sniffing like when she is going to potty take her to the pad.
Remember Lindsay is only 3 months give her time. You need to work with her but she will get it. Good luck.
