I really hope you report them to Better Business Bureau. Then other people will be able to view that when they look for groomers. They had no right to even charge you nevertheless be rude that way
I wouldn't rest till I had their heads on a platter. I think we should all call them and tell them that we are all spreading the word about what they did to you and that they should refund you. If you are ok with that of course.
